Signs of Spring in DC
I wake up to sunlight
Faith and I get to sit out on the bench to soak up the sun after an Eastern Market outing
Females get to wear skirts without pantyhose or tights, finally
Tourists infiltrate DC, stand on the wrong side of the escalator, and I don't get cranky
People wear bright colors again
Employees take a break just to be outside
The steps of the Portrait Gallery are packed with people eating lunch outside
Everyone just looks happier
